I have been building furniture since 1982 and have not had a single piece of furniture returned. However, I realize that making a large purchase on the internet makes some people uneasy. For this reason I will accept returns in certain cases:
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with a standard, non-customized piece of my furniture you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. You must pay for return shipping and I do not refund your original shipping costs. Returned furniture must be in resellable condition. Any cost incurred in returning your furniture to resellable condition will be deducted from your refund. You must call for a return authorization before returning any furniture. I do not accept returns of any customized furniture. In addition, once work has begun on a custom piece of furniture you will be charged for work done, including design time, if you decide to cancel the order.
Any personal information we collect in the process of filling orders or answering inquiries is not share with any third parties and is only used as needed to complete your order or inquiry. We also maintain an email list for the purposes of notifying past and prospective customers about new items and occasional specials.
